PolygonLogix Lite Refund Policy

This policy applies to PolygonLogix™ Lite subscriptions sold at polygonlogix.online by PolygonLogix LLC, 1564 Main Street, Suite 400, East Earl, PA 17519. It forms part of the Terms of Service, which are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends (Help > Manage Subscription) and you are not charged.

Monthly plan

Monthly payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, the subscription stays active until the end of the month you paid for and is not renewed.

Annual plan

If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days after an annual charge (the first charge after the trial, or a renewal), we refund the unused part of the year, pro-rated by day. After 14 days, annual payments are non-refundable and the subscription stays active until the end of the paid year.

To request a pro-rated refund, cancel in Help > Manage Subscription and e-mail [email protected] from the account's address. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Plan changes

Switching between monthly and annual through the portal is pro-rated by Stripe at the time of the change.

Exceptions

If you were charged by mistake or the Service was unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will make it right. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
